I never understand teenagers.

You finally are starting to realize you are your own person but you still do things to appease your parents, your peers.

“Do what you love and fuck the rest.”

How come I feel like I’m the only one I know that means what I say and says what I mean.

It’s an interesting thing how in the US when there was the whole revolutionary phase during the 60s/70s the whole thing was all about no guns. No violence in any way. There was always the stray group of hippies who were just too radical and would plant a bomb or something. But nothing like how Libya has gone about it. Here’s a teenager giving the peace sign with one hand and holding a gun with another. I really don’t know how to put into words how I feel about this picture. It’s just plain odd when I think about it. I don’t even know exactly how I feel about it, actually.
