It’s an interesting thing how in the US when there was the whole revolutionary phase during the 60s/70s the whole thing was all about no guns. No violence in any way. There was always the stray group of hippies who were just too radical and would plant a bomb or something. But nothing like how Libya has gone about it.

I’m watching Piers Morgan Tonight.

And he asked this guy he’s interviewing, “As an American, what should you be thinking right now?” And you know what this guy says, “First you should be thinking about all the young people, the young women and men, who will die. But you should also think about all the oil in Libya and how the prices are going to go up.

No, you fucking ignorant ass. 

And then he asks another guy the same sorta question. Response, “It is important for us to side with people power.” “We should side with the people being shot, not the people shooting.

This dude has got it right.
